Built in 2016 these newer townhomes offer a different experience to high rise living. With fewer amenities but more "peace and quiet" town home-style condo are just the ticket for families looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle while maintaining an urban lifestyle.
Monthly HOA fees in these low-rise communities tend to be lower due to the lack of pools and gyms and elevators and if you're not going to use them why pay? On the other hand, there are upgrades like private elevators, roof-top hot tubs and summer kitchens. Parking in a private parking structure is included.
