Condo Metropolis was founded as a licensed real estate brokerage in 2006, amidst one of the worst U.S. real estate crashes this century. We learned that with hard work and dedication, we could still make it.
Nearly a decade later, we are pleased to see that we still have some of those very early faces as clients. And we want to thank you for sticking with us!

Marc was raised and educated in the U.K. before moving to the U.S. in search of a new life. He lived in California, Chicago and New York before finally settling in Florida, where he founded Condo Metropolis.
When he's not looking for property, he can usually be found scuba diving off the east coast of Florida, wishing he were a sea turtle.

Jens Raduschewski: Realtor, Property Manager & Finance Officer
Every office needs its glue - and Jens holds the Condo Metropolis operation together. Born and raised in Germany, Jens moved to England to further his language skills, before migrating to the U.S. in search of the American Dream. He was finally naturalized in 2011.
Although well known for his caring interaction with our tenants, he's even more famous among Orlando's gaming community, where he hosts regular gaming nights, along with the option to pick any of the over 1000 board games in his private collection.

Lakea is driven to succeed and he uses this passion to get home sales across the finish line. Originally from Oahu in Hawaii, Lakea has spent most of his adult life in Miami and Orlando, and is very familiar with the Sunshine State and all it has to offer.When he's not helping buyers and sellers with their homes, he is either teaching / competing in judo and jiu-jitsu.
