    Survivor moves to Orlando

    The latest run of CBS' Survivor was one of the most gripping seasons ever, with some of the most horrendous weather, most life threatening medical evacuations and some of the hardest game playing tactics ever witnessed.     Condo Metropolis Christmas Party

    We ate, drank and were merry. Friday night was Condo Metropolis' first Christmas party, and a great mix of former clients, agents, lenders and friends showed up to toast our 3rd year in business and indulge in the season's festivities.     55 West Condos Plans Upscale Restaurant

    Downtown Orlando's 55 West condo community just signed a new restaurant tenant at the end of November for a 5,700-square-foot space on the first floor of the 32-story condo tower. Nikesh Patel, plans to open a new upscale restaurant and lounge concept called "Heat" by the spring 2010.     For those that like the hard numbers and still think we're far from bottom, consider the following indicators: The sales of Orlando condos increased by 239.47% in November when compared to November 2009, and decreased by 10.21% compared to last month (normal for the holiday period). A total of 387 condos sold in November of this year compared to 114 in November 2008. To date 3,906 condos have sold this year, a 200.69% increase over last year's 1,299.
