Friday night was Condo Metropolis' first Christmas party, and a great mix of former clients, agents, lenders and friends showed up to toast our 3rd year in business and indulge in the season's festivities. Downtown Orlando's 55 West condo community just signed a new restaurant tenant at the end of November for a 5,700-square-foot space on the first floor of the 32-story condo tower.
