And so it goes with the rentals at the Paramount Condos at Lake Eola. Seems like just a few months ago they would never get them all rented but now that they’re all but gone, we seem to get more calls then ever.

Condos are going quickly and the only units available at this time are those with tenants scheduled to move out or not renew. The same story applies at Aspire Condos and 55 West condos at the Esplanade on Church Street Orlando, where high condo inventory has now been reduced very significantly.
