• Congratulations to my friend and colleague Chocky Burks who now holds the record for the most expensive listing ever sold in Seminole County.

Ok, so it’s not a condo but I couldn’t resist. The buyer, Dwight Howard of the Orlando Magic, has beaten me to the punch to be the proud owner of this extravagant estate.

Being that it is my business to tour high end properties across the hemisphere, it isn’t very often that a single house truly sticks out as a “must have” for me.  For those of you who were lucky enough to view this all category winner in the 2008 Street of Dreams you know what I am talking about. Unfortunately, the $9.7 million dollar price tag hindered my buying ability.

This was the first time ever a single residence won all Street of dreams awards; best in show, landscape design, architectural design, and interior design. This plush European masterpiece “Château d’Usse” Sold for 8 million dollars. It boasts11,026 square feet, has five bed rooms, five full baths, two half baths and pool with lazy river system sitting on 3 Lakefront Acres in Lake Club development off Markem Woods Road.

For more information on this house see our website www.globalgalleryusa.com, or stop by and see us at the Global Gallery.  If you missed the Street of Dreams this year it won’t be back next year due to market conditions but in 2010 look for both Formosa Gardens and Casa Del Lago.
