Today sees the company founder, Tony Longo move from macro to micro as he and his team begin to directly serve the customer – rather than the developer. They remain condo specialists but will be offering something new – fixed commissions with the possibility of a rebate for the buyer at closing. 

    Longo says, “Unlike traditional real estate models, we believe that we should be compensated the same amount whether you purchase a $300,000 condo or a $30,000,000 condo. After all, why should we earn more if you spend more? That’s backwards in our opinion!”
