“The Plaza” by Kuhn Companies was recently recognized by the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties – NAIOP (whoever heard of that one?).

The mixed use building containing nearly 400,000 square feet of offices, 306 residential condos in a separate tower, 105,000 square feet of retail space, including a 12-screen movie theater was recognized as “Outstanding Urban Mixed-Use Development.”

Nice. Good job. Downtown is coming along. If they would just hurry up with that Publix… Where’s a guy supposed to eat?
