You're welcome to come back to us once you've narrowed down your choices - we'd be happy to tour your final selection with you and give you the inside scoop when you're ready to make a decision. We'll also negotiate the best pricing an incentives on your behalf, assist with the paperwork and inspections and get you successfully to the closing table (all services FREE for buyers).
Before you can tour most new home models, you'll be asked to sit down and "register" by filling out a card like the one below. If you visit a lot of developments or open houses, this can be both tedious and time consuming.
So we've come up with a perfect solution:

Just fill out this card in advance, print off as many copies as you need and take them with you. Just leave them in your glove box! Hand one to the receptionist at each community you visit - and you'll be good to go!
If you use one of these cards but decide never to use our full service, then provided you register us as your agent, we will rebate 50% of the sales commission to you on closing!*
Note: If you fail to register us as your agent when you first visit a property, the developer will usually prevent us from representing you at a later stage. Don't get caught out!
