Why use Condo Metropolis?
Because we buy and sell Orlando condos. Period. We are the specialists for condos in the Orlando Metro area. Run a Google search for "Orlando condos", "Orlando condos for sale" or "Buy Orlando condos" and you'll see what we mean. We are a fully licensed Florida real estate brokerage.
Condos have many unique laws pertaining to their acquisition. If you’re looking for a condo, wouldn’t you want to work with a Realtor that understands the difference between a COA and an HOA?

You don't. You can go it alone if you like. But prices and incentives change frequently, and in an increasingly tight market-place, it's important to know how and when you ought to negotiate, as well as what you can expect to get. Remember, on-site sales agents represent the developer's interests - not yours. Their job is to sell you what they have, not find you the best deal in town.
Using an agent usually costs nothing when you buy, so why not leverage our expertise to help you navigate the ever growing maze of choices? You'll do less driving and waste less time. You'll find your new condominium faster. And you'll have the peace of mind that a knowledgeable local agent can provide.
Are you REALTORS or just regular real estate agents?
Good question. All of our agents are members of the National Association of Realtors (N.A.R.). What this means is that we are held to a higher standard and subscribe to a recognized Code of Ethics.
Wont' you just try to make me buy your in-house listings like some other agents?
No. Condo Metropolis is a fully independent, licensed real estate brokerage which has access to the entire Central Florida MLS database. We will provide you with that same access. As a fully idependent brokerage, we won't steer you in any direction but the one you want to go in!
How come your services are free?
When you purchase a home in the U.S., the agents' commission is usually paid by the developer / seller / bank. So you will usually get the services of a licensed local agent at no charge. When it's your turn to sell, it will be your turn to pay.
