MetroWest Orlando gets a new real estate website this month.

Intended to home in on all aspects of the MetroWest real estate neighborhood, the new Orlando site features separate sections for single family homes and condos.

“The portal’s main focus is single family homes in MetroWest,” says Burke, the site’s developer. “But with Metro West being ground zero for Orlando’s condo crash, it was hard to ignore condos altogether, so we created a separate section for MetroWest condominium sales.”

The Metrowest website features a feed for the Orlando MLS which allows buyers and sellers to search MetroWest real estate from the comfort of home.

“Buyers and sellers today are more educated,” says Burke. “They like to browese by themselves, and allowing them to come up with their own short list (which they can save) means that we show them only those units that truly interest them.”
